Javier Arroyo Ferrer
Founder
Javier Arroyo Ferrer is a Spanish economist and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the banking sector. He has worked in various capacities, including as a risk analyst, control and compliance officer, and in retail banking, at esteemed institutions such as Santander Bank, BBVA, Scotiabank, and Bank of Montreal.
Transitioning into the blockchain industry in 2021, Javier joined the Special Projects team at the DFINITY Foundation, where he has been instrumental in driving innovative initiatives forward.
Currently residing in British Columbia, Canada, Javier is the Leader of ICP HUB Canada & US, one of the largest contributors to the Internet Computer ecosystem in North America. Additionally, he is the Founder and CEO of Quantum Leap Labs, the first ICP accelerator in North America, and serves as the host of the popular podcast "Let’s Talk ICP."

Ritvick Paliwal is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience, having worked with a diverse array of companies, from tech giants like Amazon and Microsoft to dynamic seed-stage and Series A startups. His leadership in software development has driven significant innovations, impacting billions of people worldwide.
In 2017, Ritvick embarked on his journey into the world of cryptocurrency, delving into pioneering blockchain technologies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and the Internet Computer. Apart from just being a node provider in North America and South East Asia, Ritvick is a major contributor to the ICP protocol, providing valuable feedback and early usage that have contributed to the protocol's development. He has also played a key role in creating numerous decentralized applications (DAPPs) built on the real web3 #ICP.
